Kerri is the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. She is energetic, proactive, and very knowledgeable about the Starkville market. We used her as agent years ago when we purchased a home for our kids to live in while attending State and did not hesitate to list the home with her when we were ready to sell. She did a very thorough assessment of the market and house and recommended a sound listing price. We received an excellent offer within a short period of time. Then, when things were bumpy with the buyer's lending company, she was quick to jump in to try to help resolve the issues and to provide us with potential options if the sale fell through. She is always looking to the next step in the process and offering suggestions and options if things are not working out. She is also very pleasant to deal with and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind.

We were referred to Kerri Matthews at DreamTeam Realty by some friends that had worked with her in order to find our first home. We were NOT disappointed! At every step in the process, we felt prioritized and that our needs/wants were ALWAYS being heard and cared for. Even in a seller’s market with higher-than-usual housing prices, we felt confident enough in our prospects to let our current lease expire and knew that we would find a home. And we did! And through negotiating pricing, needed repairs and to the day of closing, Kerri was always there on our behalf with her knowledge and experience with the Golden Triangle’s housing market standing with us. I hit the jackpot when I was referred to Kerri and her team. They call themselves the DreamTeam and they absolutely live up to their name. I called Kerri after a shaky experience with a previous realtor at another real estate company and I could tell right away by her calm and reassuring demeanor that I was in good hands. It was like night and day compared to the previous person (and there are unfortunately a lot of them like that in a small town). The best decision I ever made was to contact DreamTeam. Do not be fooled -- DreamTeam is a small company, but they know their stuff. In fact, since they are not sitting comfortably behind a well-known name or past victories, they are hungry to work for you and will go to bat for you at every step of the way. And on top of all that? They genuinely care about you as a client and they know how stressful this process can be.I was a first-time home buyer new to the region, so I needed someone with experience and a knowledge of the area to help me navigate it. Kerri and her team's responsiveness was fantastic and even now that I am moved in, she's continuing to help me navigate the endless details of getting settled.Kerri and her associate Courtney strike the perfect balance of professional and personable and -- I cannot stress this enough -- they actually care. During our first meeting, Kerri was immediately on it, taking notes about what I was looking for, then she showed me some listings on the MLS. THE NEXT DAY I get a call from DreamTeam asking if I'd be interested in touring any homes I had seen the previous day. Wow. Courtney called me because Kerri had an appointment, but it was clear that I wasn't a second-class client to them, even though I was new. Then after my first couple tours I had taken with Courtney, Kerri called one evening to see how I felt the process was going and what else they could do for me. This is how it SHOULD work, people, and Kerri and Courtney are right on it.I could go on forever, but all you need to do is read Kerri's philosophy on her website and Zillow. It says it all and she lives up to it. Home buying was a very emotional and draining process for me and Kerri made me feel like I wasn't crazy. Whenever I had a concern, Kerri and her team could not have been more responsive. It's not always a seamless process, but there's no way it could have gone any better with another realtor. I'm so lucky to have met Kerri (and Courtney). DreamTeam is a gem. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Kerri was an amazing realtor! She takes the time to get to know her clients and customizes the home buying experience to match each buyers circumstances. Kerri was quick to answer any questions that we had and moving from out of state we had a lot of questions! After the sale of our home was complete Kerri still was there to help find solutions to problems we encountered.
